Sterile Processing Technician

Job Detail
- Decontaminate, clean, and reassemble surgical instruments following ANSI/AAMI standards, IFUs, and SOPs
- Assemble and package instrument trays accurately and efficiently
- Operate washers, sterilizers, and other processing equipment safely
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage
- Maintain records of sterilization cycles, instrument tracking, and inventory
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications and competencies
What We’re Looking For Skills: Knowledge of sterile processing standards, detail-oriented, safety-focused, organized, strong teamwork and communication - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certifications: Sterile Processing Technician certification (CRCST, CIS) preferred
