Job Description

Job Detail
  • Primarily responsible for assisting in multiple aspects of cable installation including pathways, rough-in, closet build-out, cable terminations, labeling, grounding, trouble-shooting and testing
  • Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of quality and efficiency
  • Embrace H&M’s safety culture by following safe work practices and policies
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, floor plans, specifications and cut sheets
  • Assist with basic job site organization and housekeeping
  • Assist with other duties as assigned


  • Qualifications

    1-3 years of structured cabling experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines, listen and follow instructions
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Must be able to climb ladders and perform the necessary tasks while on the ladder
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • and carry 25 lbs
  • Industry Certifications a plus

  • )
  • Must have own tools
  • Occasional overtime and out of town travel be required
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia

  • 62 – $23
  • 65 depending upon experience
