Job Detail
  • Lead and perform low-voltage cabling installations, including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A
  • Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling, including mechanical and fusion splicing
  • Use Fluke test equipment to verify cable performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Build and organize MDF/IDF rooms: install ladder racks, cable trays, racks, and cabinets
  • Install and configure patch panels, network devices, WAPs, security cameras, and AV systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
  • Manage daily site operations, oversee technician crews, and coordinate project timelines
  • Ensure all installations meet company and industry quality standards
  • Document testing results, installation progress, and project closeout information


  • Qualifications

    3-5 years of experience in low-voltage cabling and network infrastructure installation
  • Strong expertise in copper and fiber cabling installation and terminations
  • Proficient in using Fluke testing equipment for copper and fiber validation
  • Proven experience leading field crews and managing project installations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and field work best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project tracking tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


  • Preferred

    BICSI certification or manufacturer-specific training (Panduit, Corning, Siemon, etc
  • )
  • Experience in data centers, commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments
