Job Description

Job Detail
  • Install and retrofit of new and existing EMS/BAS Systems as directed by supervisor
  • Installation work on new construction and existing sites, such as (but not limited to) sensors, relays, or controller replacements
  • Install conduit, low voltage wire, network wire, terminate input output devices
  • Disconnect, reconnect existing HVAC systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Expected hours:

    The employee must be available for 8 hours, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours each week
  • Occasional evening and weekend work be required as job duties demand

    Qualifications:

    Preferred 3-5 years of experience in an industry-related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems
  • Networking, electrical, security installation, phone system installation, card access experience
  • Knowledge of basic BAS control components (AI, UI, DO, DI, Relays, Triacs, etc)
  • Strong working knowledge and adherence to National Electric Code
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems sequence
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record ~
