Job Detail
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain process analyzers and related equipment in accordance with industry standards and guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and repair analyzer systems to ensure accurate and reliable measurement of process variables
  • Conduct routine inspections of analyzer equipment, including cleaning and replacing worn or faulty components
  • Perform instrument measurements and tests to determine the accuracy and performance of analyzers
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation and records of analyzer maintenance activities, including calibration logs and repair records
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design, install, and commission new analyzer systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance procedures for analyzer equipment
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in analyzer systems to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing performance and efficiency
  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while working with analyzer equipment to ensure a safe and secure working environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve any issues related to analyzer performance
  • Proficiency in using analyzer-specific tools and software for calibration and diagnostics
  • Solid knowledge of industry standards, such as API, ASTM, and ISO, regarding analyzer maintenance and calibration
  • – Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Method setup / valving methodology as it pertains to both packed and capillary applications
  • Peak integration, to include the Pros and Cons of slope and forced gating techniques
  • IR/UV Chopped NDIR theory
  • Split beam theoryO2 Detectors paramagnetic theory
  • Chemical cell theory
  • Zirc-oxide cell theoryWater Treatment PH probes
  • Conductivity, both probe and toroidal types
  • Dissolved O2
  • Turbidity
    Education: High school diploma, NCCER-Ind Elec & Ins KV Journeyman experience in maintenance training


  • Experience – 4 years of Journeyman level experience
