- Monday – Friday, 5AM – 1:30PM
- Monday – Friday, 3PM – 11:30PM
Pay Rate: $38 – $45/hour
Essential Functions
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including lighting controls, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and other minor electrical issues - Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes
- Repair or replace wiring, lighting systems, and breaker boxes
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to avoid breakdowns and ensure efficient operation
- Assist in the maintenance of energy management systems and ensure lighting systems operate efficiently
- Collaborate with maintenance and janitorial teams to ensure seamless operation of building systems
- Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system
- Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate any issues to management
- Adhere to client’s safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes
- Assist in emergencies, as needed
- Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment
- Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift
- All other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience

Physical Demands
The position requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting of up to 50 pounds- The electrician will regularly use their hands to handle tools and operate equipment, and must occasionally work in cramped spaces or at heights
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception
- Good hygiene skills are required

Work Environment
This role operates in a commercial building setting and requires regular use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders- The technician will work in a variety of settings, including utility rooms, rooftops, and office spaces, and be exposed to electrical hazards and other safety risks
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
Required Education And Experience
Must be 18 years of age or older- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience is preferred
- Journeyman/Apprentice level candidates are preferred
- OSHA safety certifications are preferred
