Job Detail
  • Monday – Friday, 5AM – 1:30PM
  • Monday – Friday, 3PM – 11:30PM

    Pay Rate: $38 – $45/hour

    Essential Functions

    Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including lighting controls, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and other minor electrical issues
  • Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes
  • Repair or replace wiring, lighting systems, and breaker boxes
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to avoid breakdowns and ensure efficient operation
  • Assist in the maintenance of energy management systems and ensure lighting systems operate efficiently
  • Collaborate with maintenance and janitorial teams to ensure seamless operation of building systems
  • Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system
  • Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate any issues to management
  • Adhere to client’s safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes
  • Assist in emergencies, as needed
  • Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment
  • Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Skills & Experience

    While not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively

  • Physical Demands

    The position requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • The electrician will regularly use their hands to handle tools and operate equipment, and must occasionally work in cramped spaces or at heights
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception
  • Good hygiene skills are required

  • Other Requirements

    Must complete pre-employment background check (if applicable)

  • Must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process


  • Work Environment

    This role operates in a commercial building setting and requires regular use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders
  • The technician will work in a variety of settings, including utility rooms, rooftops, and office spaces, and be exposed to electrical hazards and other safety risks


  • Supervisory Responsibility

    This position does not have supervisory responsibilities


  • Required Education And Experience

    Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience is preferred
  • Journeyman/Apprentice level candidates are preferred
  • OSHA safety certifications are preferred
