- Your Role as an Oil Change Technician
- As an Oil Change Technician, you’ll play a key role in the upkeep and performance of our vehicles. You’ll handle everything from routine maintenance to more in-depth diagnostics and repairs—keeping our fleet on the move and our customers safe.
- Key Responsibilities in an Oil Change Technician
- Perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
- Inspect engines, mechanical, and electrical systems to diagnose issues accurately
- Use diagnostic tools to assess vehicle computer systems and recommend appropriate repairs
- Replace or repair damaged, worn, or malfunctioning parts and systems
- Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe working condition
- What We’re Looking For in an Oil Change Technician
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, lube tech, or mechanic
- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and common repair practices
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Valid Driver’s License required
