Job Brief
Position overviewthe experienced carpenter will work on a variety of construction projects, including framing, finishing, siding, decking, and other residential structures.

Job Detail
- Perform framing, trim, siding, decking, and other carpentry tasks with precision and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Collaborate with foremen, other carpenters, and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy before completion.
- Help train and guide less experienced crew members when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with the team and maintain professionalism with clients.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience in residential or light commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from the office, a valid driver’s license and a DOT card.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Must take pride in producing high-quality work and representing the company professionally.
