- Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in setting doors, installing door hardware, door accessories such as closers and locks, wood blocking, and bathroom accessories.
- Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the commercial carpentry skillsets.
- Trade school or ABC Apprenticeship in Carpentry preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid photo license or State ID.
- Drug-free at all times.
- Optional Requirements:
- framing. Metal studs framing, acoustical ceiling installation, and or hanging/finishing drywall experience beneficial.
- Duties Responsibilities:
- Set doors and door frames with hardware, door accessories, closers, and latches.
- Install wood blocking and bathroom accessories per drawings, specs, and ADA requirements.
- Follow blueprints and specifications.
- Prepare or assist with layout, using lasers, squares, chalk lines, etc.
- Job Type: Full-time
