  • Pay Rate: $35 to $45 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities
  • Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • What you will be doing: Leading installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC Systems
  • Installing oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems and duct work Furnace, AC, Heat pumps, mini splits etc
  • Boilers
  • Radiant Heat Consult with customers and answer their questions
  • Supervise the work of installers Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver’s licenseinsurable driving record
  • 4 + years of installation experience
  • 2 + years of Job lead/supervisor experience desired
  • Radiant heat experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Proficient experience with refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
  • Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
  • Experience in all HVAC low-voltage systems
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
