$28 – $52 an hour

Employment Track Record is required

• 2+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience– including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
