Job Detail
  • Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations efficiently.
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation, system assembly, and remodeling projects.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with other trades.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Assist with site inspections, quality control checks, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Read schematics and technical manuals to understand mechanical systems involved in plumbing
  • Support field service activities by diagnosing issues promptly and executing repairs on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes.
  • Contribute to remodeling projects by providing maintenance person skills such as carpentry or basic electrical knowledge when needed.

  • Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or industrial settings is essential.
  • Familiarity with construction site procedures, safety standards, and building codes is required.
  • Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, installation of fixtures, and schematic reading is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical schematics enhances your versatility on the job.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery for lifting or assembly tasks confidently.
  • Prior experience in field service roles involving troubleshooting and maintenance is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations.
