$52,000 – $200,000 a year

Job Experience is required

• Provide solutions to residential and commercial plumbing problems.
• Provide customer’s with 5-star customer service.
• Communicate with supply houses, management, and other departments.
• A service call begins with diagnosing problems then providing a cost estimate to close the sale.
• Perform necessary plumbing repairs/installs.
• Document estimates and invoices on company provided iPad.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
• Must maintain a clean and organized company service vehicle.
• Promote company services and maintenance plans when necessary.
• Must possess a high level of service plumbing repairs
• Basic Requirements:
• Vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of service plumbing (we are NOT looking for a handyman, self taught plumber, or maintenance person)
• Licensed plumbers are preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide 5-Star service to customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Comfortability using various computer programs and technologies.
• Ability to perform physical work including hand digging, use of power tools, crawling in confided spaces, lifting 20+ pounds.
• Available to work on call 1 night per week and a rotation of weekends.
