Job Detail
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water supply lines.
- Install, Service and repair HVAC systems ensuring efficient operation.
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Install, diagnose and repair electrical systems.
- Operate a vehicle safely for field service visits across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC systems
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with refrigerants
- Support emergency repairs or urgent service requests promptly to minimize downtime for clients.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in trades with a strong background in plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Service technician experience with a focus on field service operations across commercial or industrial settings.
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with property maintenance tasks including appliance repair and general building upkeep.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites.
- Knowledge of HVAC standards including refrigerant handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments requiring standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, or working at heights.
