Job Detail
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively for various surfaces.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Support custodial duties by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met consistently.
- Provide porter services by assisting with moving furniture or equipment as required.
- Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning environments is an advantage.
