- NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR The Commons Landing at Southgate – Minot, ND PAY: $27- $30/hr PLUS: Up to $1,000 Quarterly Bonus $100/Week On-Call Bonus Full Benefits Package Included! ️ SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM On-Call Rotation: 1 Week Every 3 Weeks

- This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be managing AND working: ✔️ Work orders ✔️ Unit turns ✔️ Snow removal ❄️ ✔️ Grounds curb appeal REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years maintenance experience (1+ in multifamily preferred) Supervisory/lead experience HVAC hands-on skills or certification preferred ❄️ EPA certification preferred CPO certification a plus BENEFITS THAT DELIVER:
