- Takes care of general maintenance with various office, facility rooms and grounds instructed by supervisor
- Painting and wallpapering, light electrical/carpentry
- Acquire general knowledge of all equipment
- Interact with the employees and residents
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Qualifications: Experience in maintenance work helpful. Basic computer knowledge.
