Summaryfido is looking for individuals with property management and/or inspection experience to help ensure properties are ready for guests to check in, perform occasional maintenance tasks, and periodically greet guests upon arrival.

Career Progression of 1 Years is required

• Conduct property inspections using a smartph1app, completing detailed forms, taking photos, and recording videos as instructed.
• Pick up keys and supplies from client offices and deliver them to properties.
• Set up lockboxes in designated locations following provided instructions, and document the process with photos and videos.
• Perform maintenance tasks, including retrieving items from storage, delivering them to properties, repairing furniture, and ensuring units are ready for guests.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Have a flexible schedule with reliable availability, particularly during high-volume periods at the beginning and end of each month.
• Understand the commitment required for a contractor role, showing up reliably when scheduled.
• Own a dependable vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
• Are comfortable using smartph1apps to document and report tasks.
• Have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.
