Job Detail
- Install and maintain underground utility lines, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct utility locating to prevent damage during excavation or construction activities.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on the job site.
- You will dig using a hand shovel and mechanical tools.
- Install underground cabling.
- The ability to use heavy equipment and machinery.
- The ability to work in confined and congested spaces.
- The ability to travel to remote areas.
- Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Familiarity with utility locating techniques is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.
- Have experience in utility construction and the ability to read printed utility maps.
- Able to lift and carry over 50lbs regularly without assistance.
- Able to work in various weather conditions.
