Job Brief
A carter lumber siding technician will perform repairs and installations of windows and siding products under warranty claims at residential and commercial job sites throughout the akron & cleveland areas.

Job Detail
- Proven experience in installing and repairing windows and siding
- Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and exterior construction techniques
- Excellent work ethic and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Solid math and measuring skills
- Ability to follow both writ10and verbal instructions
- Skilled at analyzing and solving field-based problems
- A clean driver’s license
- Service vehicle provided Responsibilities: Assess job sites prior to beginning work to ensure that high-quality repairs and installations can be performed
- Perform warranty repairs and product adjustments using the proper materials and provided tools
- Conduct inspections of windows and siding for damage, performance, and safety issues
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times on job sites
- Deliver exceptional service by treating customers with respect and professionalism, ensuring that work is completed on time and to high standards
- Represent the company positively by adhering to conduct standards and responding to customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Pursue necessary training to stay current with product repair techniques and safety procedures
