Job Detail
  • Assist the Director of Property Management in developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
  • Help coordinate projects and turn activities, resources, and information
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management software Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes
  • Update and maintain project/turn documentation, including status reports
  • Communicate with assigned vendors to collect updates on task progress
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Help manage project/turn spend and track expenses
  • Coordinate with ARG team, vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute project communications to relevant team members
  • Support/change management processes as needed
  • Assist with quality assurance activities
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Position Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or maintenance supervision role
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license with insured operating vehicle
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Experience with property management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent writ10and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting
  • Background in the specific industry of the hiring company
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
