$85,000 – $150,000 a year

Job Successes is required

• An interest in personal success and continuous learning
• A desire to set and work to achieve and increase goals
• A valid driver’s license/driving record that qualifies you to be added to our insurance (required)
• The readiness and drive to assume a 100% commissioned-based compensation (after a paid 8-week training experience)
• Home-ownership repair or professional construction experience
• The physical ability to navigate attic and/or crawl space areas in the home
• In-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries
