- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and other tradespeople.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including construction estimating and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by effectively managing schedules and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications and contract requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in electrical work.
- Lead and supervise teams on large-scale commercial job sites
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, inspectors, and suppliers
- Interpret blueprints and ensure all installations meet NEC and project specs
- Track job progress, material usage, and labor efficiency
- Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical industry.
- 10+ years of commercial electrical foreman experience.
- Experience managing projects worth $500,000+
- Valid TDLR License (Journeyman or higher)
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Experience in managing budgets and performing construction estimating tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.
