Job Detail
- Supervise and lead plumbing crews in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work activities and manpower assignments to meet project deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Verify all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Inspect installations to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and other trades.
- Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of the project.
- Track and report daily progress, time, and materials used.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and journeymen to develop skills and maintain productivity.
- Enforce company safety policies and conduct regular job-site safety meetings and inspections.
- Identify potential issues or delays and proactively resolve them to maintain workflow.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and secure at the end of each workday.
