Part-time maintenance technician (20 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex located in franklin, la.
Salary Detail
$18 an hour

Job Detail
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
- Pay Benefits
- 20 hrs per week. Work schedule: Monday and Tuesday 8am-3:30pm w/ a 30-min lunch and Thursday 8am-2:30pm. Off Wed/Fri.
- $18 per hour
- $35 per paycheck travel stipend and $15 per paycheck cellph1stipend is provided
- Position is eligible for paid time off and paid holidays.
- Uniform shirts provided.
