Job Detail
- Support renovation and maintenance efforts across multiple properties
- Complete punch list and make-ready tasks efficiently and with high quality
- Perform general and skilled repairs such as: Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Appliance repair and replacement
- Light fixture, lock, ceiling fan, and smoke detector installation
- HVAC filter replacement and light HVAC support
- Execute expanded renovation and construction work including: Tub and tile replacement
- Drywall installation, finishing, and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Stucco patching and surface blending
- Concrete and small masonry repairs
- Baseboards, door, and trim installation
- Paver leveling or replacement for safe and clean exterior surfaces
- Maintain company tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure all work follows company safety standards
- Travel regularly to support needs across the portfolio (travel required) What We’re Looking For: High School diploma, or GED equivalency, and 1-2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of apartment maintenance, repairs, and safety standards
- Proficiency in at least several of the following: Electrical
- Pumbing
- Carpentry
- Appliance repair
- HVAC support
- Painting
- Drywall
- Finish work Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to completing work efficiently and to a high standard
- Must be able to travel to multiple job sites and work in varying environments
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical work daily
- EPA I or II, Universal or HVAC certified is preferred
