Job Detail
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades (drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and punch-outs).
- Assist in rehabbing units to restore and upgrade properties.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
- Meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Collaborate in a team setting and adapt to various roles based on daily project needs.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, punch-outs, and basic carpentry.
- Experience with rehabbing units.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a team and adapting to changing priorities.
