Job Detail
  • Perform daily repairs and maintenance on resort property
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, pools, and general maintenance
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure guest safety and comfort
  • Respond quickly to service requests and emergencies
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Assist in renovation and upgrade projects as needed
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, pool systems, and general property maintenance
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
  • Pool certification or HVAC certification a plus (but not required)
