- Maintenance Tech I :
- We are seeking a Maintenance Tech I to join our team at Spring Villas in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. The Maintenance Tech I will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of the property, responding to maintenance requests from residents, and performing routine inspections to identify and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Key Responsibilities: Performing general maintenance tasks as needed
- Responding to maintenance requests from residents
- Conducting routine inspections of the property
- Identifying and addressing maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Assisting with property renovations and upgrades Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
