Job Detail
- Use assembly drawings, schematics, and layouts to guide diagnostics and repair.
- Maintain and troubleshoot control devices, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic circuits/components.
- Handle occasional electrical circuit issues across 12 VDC through 480 VAC 3-phase.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance on CNC, robotics, material handling, and powder-coat systems.
- Locate and order components via drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
- Operate within CMMS workflows and follow documented procedures for work orders.
- Work safely around heights, electricity, hydraulics, traffic, and heavy moving equipment. collaborate and assist teammates. What sets you up for success Fluency with computers, CMMS, and Microsoft Office for documentation and troubleshooting.
- Strong math skills. clear English communication (writ10and verbal). sound judgment to prioritize independently.
- Mechanical and electrical foundation, manual dexterity, and a self-driven mindset to learn and lead change.
- Comfort operating tools, machines, cameras, phones, scanners. ability to concentrate in noisy areas.
- Availability for longer hours and some weekends when required. Environment physical essentials Safety-sensitive role within a temperature-controlled industrial facility with occasional outdoor work.
- PPE: safety shoes, hard hat or bump cap, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as needed, and respirators when required.
- Work from step/A-frame ladders. tasks at heights generally up to 20 ft with proper lift and fall protection.
- Vision capabilities include close/distance focus, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination.
- Balance and agility on stairs/ladders. bending at waist/knees. reaching in all directions. frequent overhead/full-arm tasks. continuous standing/walking. lift up to 50 lbs. frequent use of hand and power tools. Levels growth
