Job Detail
- Assist in completing service requests and work orders promptly and efficiently
- Help with general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
- Support unit turns, including painting, caulking, cleaning, and minor renovations
- Maintain cleanliness and order of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as trash pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns
- Support the Lead Maintenance Technician with any additional duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ year of experience in general maintenance or related field preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Job Type: Full-time
