Description project engineer – fully cooked/prepared foods division position summary: the project engineer is responsible for oversight of various projects at our fully cooked/prepared foods processing plants.

Job Milestones is required

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required~ Three to 5years of previous experience required in fully cooked/prepared foods plants~ Above average AutoCAD skills~ Proficient with Microsoft Office~ Very good project management skills~ Very good analytical skills.

• Observe enforce all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
• Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma, and participates in or supports the E$P program

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required

• Above average AutoCAD skills

• Very good project management skills
