$65,000 – $85,000 a year

Job Detail
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a project engineer or assistant project manager with a commercial general contractor.
- Must have experience working on education, senior living or healthcare projects ranging up to 2M+ in value
- Must be able to read drawings (structural, electrical, mechanical plumbing), be familiar with take-offs, prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
- Effective interaction with contractors, engineers, architects, and team members is essential.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
- Experience with On Screen Takeoff and Smart Bid preferred but not required.
