Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)~ Experience: 8+ years as a licensed professional engineer~ Computer Skills: Revit, Auto CAD MEP, AutoCAD MEP, MS Office Suite, Trane TOPSS, Trace 3D~ Travel: up to 20% depending on project~~ Licenses/Certifications:~~ Current PE License~ NCEES Registration~ Licensed in at least 1U.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design fire protection and plumbing systems (e.g, sprinkler layouts, fire pump sizing, piping, sanitary, medical gas, domestic water heating, ductwork).
  • Perform system calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, and equipment selections.
  • Develop construction documents and job-specific specifications.
  • Conduct field investigations, site visits, and construction inspections.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record and mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with codes such as NFPA, ASHRAE, and IBC.
  • High proficiency in computer-aided design tools and software.
  • Salary Ranges: $120,000 – $180,000
  • Qualifications:
  • Healthcare Experience is required
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
  • Experience: 8+ years as a licensed professional engineer
  • Computer Skills: Revit, Auto CAD MEP, AutoCAD MEP, MS Office Suite, Trane TOPSS, Trace 3D
  • Travel: up to 20% depending on project
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Current PE License
  • NCEES Registration
  • Licensed in at least 1U.S. state
  • Certified Plumbing Designer (Preferred)
  • LEED, Green Globes, or other sustainability credentials (Preferred)
