Job Detail
- Lead and manage mechanical design projects for commercial, residential, and institutional facilities.
- Develop HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system designs using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure project success.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and equipment selections.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed.
- Qualifications
- 5–10 years of mechanical engineering design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems design.
- PE license preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Local candidates (Ft. Lauderdale area) strongly preferred.
- English and Spanish preferred
