Job Detail
- Oversee technical aspects of civil engineering projects related to land development (residential, commercial), transportation, and drainage.
- Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training and technical staff.
- Assist in project scope definition, complexity assessment, and scheduling.
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables by maintaining compliance with all standards, regulations, and timelines.
- Support employee development, conduct performance evaluations, and contribute to team building.
- Serve as a technical lead and maintain strong client relationships.
- Required Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- At least 6 years of design experience in land development or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong writ10and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with high attention to detail.
- Leadership capabilities, including mentoring and project coordination.
