Position: Maintenance Engineer

$33 – $36 an hour

Career Successes and Contributions of 3 Years is required

Diploma or equivalent~ ~ ~ ~ Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial/industrial facility~ ~ ~ ~ Must be skilled in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, fabrication and mechanical troubleshooting~ ~ ~ ~ State certified in electrical or refrigeration preferred~ ~ ~ ~ Excellent follow-through skills~ ~ ~ ~ Energetic, self-motivated and eager to learn new operating procedures~ ~ ~ ~ Flexible schedule – ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as required~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Knowledge, Skills, and Experience~ ~ ~ Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent~ ~ ~ Experience Required – 3-5 Years~ ~ ~ ~ This position is on-site.

• Installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, including refrigeration systems. Maintenance of complex control systems Installation of electrical circuitry, disconnect switches, lighting fixtures, transformers, motor controls, PLCs and drivers Air Handler maintenance to include filters, belts and all associated parts Troubleshoot/repair icemakers, ice machines, freezers and refrigerators Install and maintain commercial kitchen equipment Install and repair various plumbing parts and equipment Install pumps/motors of various sizes and capacities Inspect/log boilers, chillers and air handler activity set points and performance Perform other duties as assigned
• Skills
