Job Detail
- Need to know basic Handyman work
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel facilities are in excellent condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues.
- Assist in the installation and repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain grounds and landscaping as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS software.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of logic controllers is a plus.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise other maintenance staff when necessary.
