Job Detail
- Visit properties to inspect and provide repair or renovation estimates (interior and exterior).
- Perform general repair and renovation work on purchased homes, such as:
- Roofing, siding, and exterior maintenance
- Painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, or electrical repairs (depending on skill set)
- Communicate clearly and provide reliable estimates and feedback.
- Work independently and manage small projects efficiently.
- Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in general home repair, remodeling, or handyman work
- Ability to prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available for part-time or on-call work as needed
