• What You Bring:
•  A versatile handyman with experience in construction, facility maintenance, and specialty
• cleaning
•  A proactive problem-solver who leads confidently within guidelines
•  Competency in ladder safety
•  Availability for flexible, onsite hours (
• 10/week)
• Role Basics:
• Maintain and troubleshoot facility needs, safely handle tools and ladders, and support our dynamic arts space. More hours possible for the right skill set.
