Job Brief
Legend property group, a subsidiary of the monument companies, is seeking to hire a full-time maintenance technician to service a growing inventory of beautiful, apartment units.
Salary Detail
$19 – $24 an hour

Work Accomplishments is required
Qualifications
Diploma in releted field is required
Job Detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related work experience or relevant education/training
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and work from varying heights
- Ability to pass a background check Maintenance-related certifications are not required but are a plus – especially HVAC! WORK SCHEDULE
- Along with a regular schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, our apartment Maintenance Technicians also participate in an on-call rotation every 5th or 6th week.
