Job Detail
- Perform maintenance and light repairs on office equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of the office premises to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the setup of office furniture and equipment as needed.
- Handle janitorial duties such as cleaning and sanitizing common areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
