About the position: we’re seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance technician to join our team in maintaining a portfolio of residential rental properties in the fernandina beach area.

Job Detail
- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs across multiple residential properties
- Handle light plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, etc.)
- Complete light electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, etc.)
- Conduct general handyman-style repairs, including drywall patching, painting, door and window repairs, and basic carpentry
- Perform preventive maintenance and property checks
- Communicate effectively with property management regarding work orders, materials, and completion status
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and left in good condition after each job
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general home maintenance, repair, or as a handyman
- Working knowledge of light plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Compensation:
- $24/hour, paid vacaion
- Full-time position with steady weekday hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)
- Company vehicle and tools will be provided
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From $24 per hour
