Job Detail
  • Perform miscellaneous repairs, preventive maintenance, pressure cleaning, painting, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and metals work.
  • Maintain cleanliness with daily trash pick-up, rubbish removal, and general grounds/building inspections.
  • Complete vacant or abandoned suite cleaning (offices, warehouse areas, restrooms), including ceiling tile replacement, light fixture ballasts, and light bulbs.
  • Inspect and test property lighting, irrigation systems, and time clocks.
  • Monitor, clean, and maintain parking areas, loading docks, exterior building elements, meter/phone/riser rooms, dumpster enclosures, landscaped areas, and surface drainage systems.
  • Complete tenant-related work orders as directed by the property management team.
  • Observe and report property or tenant issues requiring attention from the management team.
  • Monitor, assist, and report on vendor and contractor activities on site.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the property management team. Essential Skills: Basic handyman skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Willingness to perform basic day porter duties and occasional janitorial services.

  • Strong work ethic with a team-oriented approach. Special Requirement:
  • Typical 40-hour work week, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (excluding company holidays). As a Maintenance Technician, you must be accessible at all times via mobile ph1or radio—including during normal working hours, after hours, holidays, and weekends on an emergency basis. You will be on-call every other week and must arrange back-up coverage with a supervisor if unavailable after hours. MUST be able to pass a credit background check.
  • MUST possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history.
  • MUST be eligible to work within the United States without sponsorship. Equipment Materials:
  • The company provides necessary materials and supplies, including key equipment such as shop-vacs, pressure cleaners, and ladders. Employees must supply basic tools as needed (e.g, hammers, saws, screw guns, tape measures, pliers, vice grips, wrenches).
