Position: Lead Handyman

Pay: $35 – $45/hour doe (hourly) job type: full-time schedule: monday–friday, 8-hour shift work location: on the road (phoenix metro area) overview bleuwave handyman is seeking an experienced lead handyman to handle residential and light-commercial maintenance, repairs, and remodeling projects.

$35 – $45 an hour

• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Lead small teams and coordinate job schedules and materials.

• Minimum 7 years in general maintenance or construction.
• Skilled in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, etc.).
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
