Job Detail
- Provide maintenance services to tenants across the Orange County areas.
- Perform repairs and upkeep tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with tenants and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable truck.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Basic handyman/person’s tools and working knowledge of household plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $28 per hour (based on experience).
- Additional compensation: $4 per hour for mileage, $25 cell ph1allowance per month, $500 Tool bonus after 90 days, and funds for tool maintenance.
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
