Job Brief
Job summary we are seeking a reliable and hands-on facilities & maintenance coordinator to help us keep our venue and grounds in excellent condition and to support our productions with logistical tasks.

Salary Detail
$21 – $26 an hour

Job Detail
  • Perform minor repair, painting, and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with approved vendors for facility-related needs, in consultation with the Board’s Facilities Liaison
  • Ensure routine gardening and housekeeping are scheduled and completed, especially prior to performance weekends
  • Restock facility supplies and concessions and refill propane tanks
  • Take garbage cans to curb for weekly pickup bring in
  • Purchase and transport lumber, paint, and other materials to the theater
  • Move set pieces and materials to/from storage as needed
  • Assist with set builds (if experienced)
  • Transport/deliver costume dry cleaning
  • Ensure patio, porch, and sidewalks are clean before every show
  • Set up and take down tables, chairs, and lighting equipment for all outdoor events
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Requirements
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate loads (e.g, supplies, chairs, set pieces)
  • Experience with light maintenance and/or basic handyman tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with others
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a truck (for transporting items)
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Pay: $21 – $26 per hour
  • Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
