Job Detail
- Perform field inspections of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings during various stages of construction to verify compliance with applicable California Building Codes and approved project documents.
- Issue writ10correction notices as required.
- Maintain basic record-keeping practices.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Perform all work consistent with BPR’s and clients’ policies and procedures.

- Desired Qualifications: Three (3) plus years as a building inspector or building plans examiner for a local or state building department or equivalent related experience.
- Must possess knowledge of building inspection and construction processes.
- Experience in the interpretation and application of building codes.
- Advanced knowledge of California Building Codes.
- Good driving record. Certification Requirements: Minimum of at least 1ICC certification, preferably ICC Building Inspector and/or ICC Residential Building Inspector certification Compensation:
