Job Brief
Vinx pest control is seeking experienced pest control technicians to join our team.
Salary Detail
$50,000 – $70,000 a year

Job Detail
- Likely start at a base hourly of $20+ DOE then move to production pay ASAP
- Once on production pay: Expect to make $50k-70k/yr+ dependent on production
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities

- Key Responsibilities
- Run a daily route, performing pest control services for customers while maintaining outstanding customer service standards
- Process services and collect payments on-site using provided tools as needed
- Mix, apply, and handle pesticides in compliance with safety regulations
- Deliver a professional experience and address customer needs in varying weather
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends
- Observation and communication to customers of additional potential services is expected
- Core focus on completion, service quality, customer services, upgrades and safe driving.
- Qualifications
- At least 1 year of pest control experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in exclusion work is a strong plus
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, dependability, and honesty
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work in hot and cold weather conditions
- This position is subject to drug screening, background, and MVR check.
- Must be over 21 years old for insurability purposes
