Job Detail
- Get apartment homes ready for new move in.
- Assist the Service team with work orders.
- Ensure all equipment is in working condition.
- Understand layout of the property and awareness of equipment locations.
- Communicate with the Service or Make Ready Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property.
- Servicing requests that result in working both in and outdoors.
- Be available for On-Call Emergencies. What You’ll Need to Succeed: 1-2 years of experience as a Make-Ready Technician.
- 1-2 years of Apartment turn over experience.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances and ladders.
- Thorough knowledge of painting, dry wall, and plumbing. Some electrical.
- Exceptional safety skills.
- Possession of personal tools, required.
- Possession of personal vehicle, preferred.
- Able to work weekends, as needed.
- Able to travel, preferred.
- Able to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time.
- Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 80 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying. Who we are:
